Flower of Scotland, Caleta De Fuste, Fuerteventura.
| The Flower of Scotland late night Bar in Caleta De Fuste contacted Fuerte Building Services for a Bar Renovation. After consultation with John (the Owner) and Brian (the manager) a Plan was drawn up! The Idea was to turn this area into a practical Bar that looked good. The Bar was looking tired and the area needed to be increased. So it was decided to extend backwards into the store room (as this was wasted space!!) So down went the walls and the ceilings (as these were 3 different heights. Out went the old bar and in went the new.

Work started at 08.00 hrs Monday the 14th May and was completed Friday the 18th. Long hours were worked to ensure that the Bar spent the minimum time closed. After a quick lick of varnish the bar was re-opened on Saturday Night. The store room had to be divided and a stud wall constructed. As can be seen a wall was demolished and the the false ceiling removed to make way for a new suspended ceiling.

The completed fully stocked bar!!! I'm Sure you will agree that the Flower of Scotland has had a fantastic face lift. For those that visit will enjoy the craftsmanship that went into this construction, remember everything that was put into this new bar was made on site by Qualified British Carpenters (Just ask Brian as he watched the whole thing!!!).
