Scotland Bar Renovation The Flower of Scotland late night Bar in Caleta De Fuste contacted Fuerte Building Services for a Bar Renovation. After consultation with John (the Owner) and Brian (the manager) a Plan was drawn up! The Idea was to turn this area into a practical Bar that looked good. | Caleta De Fuste This Project in Calle de Savila is a large one. It includes the following, Complete re-wire if the electrics, Replacement of all flooring to marble and tiles, turning one bathroom into a utility room, replacing the bathroom suite and complete re-tile (floor to sealing), Building a wall to make the lounge and kitchen separate. | Parque
Natural The Parque Natural Corralejo project was started in November 2006. The customer approached Fuerte Building Services to cover the Utility Room. As with most Spanish homes these are not covered it was also to incorporate a room at the front of the detached villa for storage that also is to be tiled. Please note the intricate detail in the wood work that is time consuming but very decorative when completed by our qualified carpenters. Please click here to view the completed project. |

Tamaragua (La Capellania) This project was complete July 2006. The Customer wanted all of the rear garden Patio area changed from the standard "Picon" to an area that was low in maintenance and something that little bit "different". This was to include a Pergola overhanging the lounge and the washroom to be covered in the same style. We also included a BBQ at the owners request. Las Caracolas As with most new houses in Fuerteventura the property you actually buy is not the property with it's full potential. This project was started in July 2006 and was an empty unfinished 85 m2 concrete room. The client decided to contact us for a quote. Once they were happy and any legal paperwork was complete we commenced work. This room was to have a dividing wall to turn the room into a kitchen and Lounge. As there was no natural light a set of patio doors are to be fitted for the lounge and a window and external door for the kitchen. Click here to see the completed work |
